Keeping in constant touch with our purveyors allows us to provide only the freshest and most sustainable seafood available.
Our library of oysters is obtained through multiple shellfish brokers representing the East and West coasts as well as the Canadian Maritimes.
Our fresh fish reaches our kitchen via Lawrence Street Seafood (mother of Hill’s Quality Seafood) 7 days a week.
