This menu contains various selections that can be prepared for your upcoming dinner party.  
Our dinner package consists of a 3-course service.  Please select one salad or soup, two entrees (not including the vegetarian selection) and assorted dessert tray will be offered to your guests.

Your guests’ entrée orders will be taken at seating.
If you choose to offer filet mignon, prime rib or choose to offer three selections (not including the vegetarian selection),
 counts for each of the entrées are necessary 10 days prior your event.

All entrees are accompanied by
 fresh seasonal vegetables and Chef’s starch selection  
Also included are fresh baked rolls and butter, coffee, tea.
All foods and beverage sales are subject to 6% state sales tax and 20% gratuity.
