This menu contains various selections that can be prepared for your upcoming luncheon.
Our lunch package consists of a 3 course service.  Please select one salad, two entrees (not including the vegetarian selection) assorted dessert tray will be offered to your guests.
Your guests’ entrée orders will be taken at seating.
If you choose to offer Rib eye steak or choose to offer three selections (not including the vegetarian selection),
 counts for each of the entrées are necessary five days prior your event
All entrees are accompanied by
 fresh seasonal vegetables and Chef’s starch selection (or pasta if entrée description denotes).
Also included are fresh baked rolls and butter, coffee, tea.
All foods and beverage are subject to 6% state sales tax and 20% gratuity.
