"Chef's Corner Recipe"

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
1 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
1/4 lb fresh Kennett Square
Mushrooms sliced
1cup white wine
1/
2 large lemon
salt & pepper to taste
4 tablespoons whole butter
10 ounces jumbo lump crabmeat
1 pound cooked pasta (your choice)
Directions:
In a large sautee pan heat olive oil over a medium high heat.
Add mushrooms and cook one minute.
Add garlic and oregano until flavor is released.
Add white wine to keep garlic from overcooking.
Reduce mixture by 1/3 then add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
While still cooking, add crabmeat, butter, and pasta.
When butter is melted pasta will be hot, serve at once.
Serves 2-4
