Guarantee
A minimum of 30 guests is required for booking the main floor banquet room.
A minimum of 25 guests is required for booking the main floor porch.
A minimum of 15 guests is required for booking the second floor dining room.
A final confirmation and guaranteed number of guests is required by noon, two days prior to the function.

Service Charges
A 20% service charge and applicable state tax will be added to all food and beverage sales. Functions of 25 people or less may be subject to additional service fees.

Room Minimums & Event Times
Ludwig's does not automatically levy a "room charge". Instead, we have established, with each function room, a minimum of food and beverage dollars that must be spent. These amounts often differ by day and evening. If these minimums are not met, then a minimum service charge of $200.00 will be added to the final bill. Taxes and gratuities do not count towards the food and beverage minimum calculation.

Room occupation is limited to 3 hours per luncheon event, and 4 hours per dinner event. Additional time is charged at an hourly rate of $100.00.
Luncheon event arrivals may begin as early as 11:00 a.m. but no later than 1:30 p.m., served by 2 PM.
Dinner events may begin as early as 5:30 p.m. but no later than 8:00 p.m., served by 9PM.
Sunday dinner events may begin as early as 4:00 p.m. but no later than 6:00 p.m., served by 7PM.

Deposits
A $200.00 deposit is due upon booking, and is payable by cash or check only.
This deposit is deducted from your final bill when presented.
Final payment of bill is expected at the event's end, and is payable by cash, check, VISA/Mastercard,
American Express or Discover Card.

Cancellations
For parties booked Sunday through Thursday, deposits are refundable up to 90 days prior to the function. If a cancellation occurs within 90 days of the function, the deposit will be forfeited. For parties booked for Friday and Saturday, deposits are refundable up to 180 days prior to the function. If a cancellation occurs within 180 of the function, the deposit will be forfeited.

Linens & Flowers
Linens are included with your booked event.
Bud vases with seasonal fresh cut flowers are presented on each table for your event. Should you have a special request, we will be pleased to assist you with any floral needs you may have.
